后备人才培养机制:

股权流转机制:
  这是企业产权管理的一大创举。公司章程规定企业股权始终由南通四建的在职在岗的人员持有,体系设置就有效保证了股权不被继承。这样,公司的股东就始终处于流动状态,股权始终掌握在公司在职在岗的经营骨干手里,让每一个优秀的员工都有上升的管道,极大地调动一批年轻有为的经营者的积极性,使他们能够看到希望:只要工作努力就能进入公司决策层,肩负起决策企业的重任。这样的制度设计就是给年青人以希望最切实的文化体现。
